It’s all very well having a blog, but it’s no use whatsoever if no-one reads it!

That’s the challenge you see. On the one hand you want as many people as possible to read the ramblings that you put together, but it’s another to find the time to keep writing so that people will keep reading.

Invariably when you have the time to sit down and write something, other things get in the way. Usually small offspring demanding attention ot the wife spending money. Either that, or when you actually think of something you are nowhere near a PC or an internet connection.

The dreaded iphone (yes, I have gone to the dark side) has helped, but the 3G black hole between Vauxhall and Raynes Park gets me every time.

Keep it fresh, keep the content updated, keep the customer satisfied. All fine when you have nothing better to do. Bit tricky when all you have left at the end of the day is enough energy to make it to the sofa before falling asleep in front of CSI New York!

Sunday morning’s are good. The caffiene kicks in and because the little one has yet again woken at 6am there is plenty of time to kill.

All fine so far then, but what do people think.   Feedback is the key.  Comments are there to be made.  Blogging is not about being controversial or obtuse, just about putting down in words things that occur in everyday life.   For some, those things may be trivial but for others, they may have context and relevance that inspire, confuse, annoy and much more.   The key is you.  If you agree then say so.   If you don’t then say so too.

So then, it’s a two way thing.  I’ll keep writing, as long as you keep feeding back.  Lets see where it takes us?
